Elopement
This package is perfect for the more smaller intimate weddings. This package will cover up to 4 hours of photo coverage. Also includes an online gallery to view and order prints.
Package does not include engagement photos or a second photographer.

Package one has a little more included. This package has photo coverage of up to 6 hours of photo coverage. Package one also includes a 30 min engagement session and an online gallery for you to relive your wedding day all over again, and to print your images

Package one has a little more included. This package has photo coverage of up to 8 hours of photo coverage. Package one also includes a 1 hour engagement session and an online gallery for you to relive your wedding day all over again, and to print your images

Package Three
If you are wanting to whole day covered, then package three would be the package for you. This package covers up to 10 hour of activity, 1.5hr engagement session, Online gallery, blog post of your wedding day and a custom wedding album book of your favor. Second photographer maybe added per your request.

Micro Wedding package is for the small but meaningful wedding day! This package will cover up to 2 hours of photo coverage. Also includes an online gallery to view and order prints.

Wedding Inquiry Process
First Inquiring Sarah Ann Photography
So you're recently engaged and enjoying this special time, but now you need to start planning. This is the first start to confirm date availability and to inquire about wedding packages. Think about how many hours you would like for the day of photographing. Some weddings are much smaller than other, so my packages do accommodate to the hours that would be required for the day of.
Securing your date
After confirm availability of your wedding date and deciding which wedding package would be best for your special day. Now is the time to review the contract and secure your wedding date.
Once you have reviewed the contract and confirming any questions, the contract will need to be signed. Once your contract is signed, a deposit will need to be made to secure your wedding date. The contract will explain all the details of the percentage of the deposit and the final payment.
Engagement Session
Some of my wedding packages do include an engagement session. I will always recommend an engagement session to all of my brides. The reasoning being, this session
1. allows us to meet in person so we are not complete strangers before your wedding date.
2. allows you to see how I work and photograph. (I love having my couples interact with each other. I will have you both running, jumping, and playing games. I like to keep everything fun and interactive.)
3. this session also allows me to see how both of you are in front of the camera, so on the day of the the wedding, I will know how to make you feel as comfortable and relaxed that day.
Even though some of the packages include the engagement session, that does not mean you are required to schedule your engagement session. This session is basically a freebie session, the price of your package will not change if you choose to not use your engagement session.
QUESTIONNAIRE/Timeline
At this point, we are about 3 months out before the big day. Once we get this close, If I have not yet already send out your day of questionnaire for, this is the time I will require more information filled out. This helps me with the plan our your timeline of the day. The timeline helps us plan our your photos and any photo request that you have. So please take some time and fill out that questionnaire form!!
ITs wedding day!!!!
I will always arrive one hour before my scheduled start time. Once I start, I will normally start with detail photos. This will include pictures of the dress, rings, flowers, jewelry, invitations and more. I will always recommend on this day, to have all of your details in a box together, so when I start you can just give me your box of details and I can be on my way working those photos!!
gallery Send off
After your wedding day, now is the time for working on your wedding gallery. I will send out sneak peeks of your wedding day to share so you can see a few photos of your special day before the gallery is complete. Once your wedding gallery is completed. I will notify you of your gallery email. Once you receive your online gallery, you can download, share or print your images.
I typically average between 75 -100 image an hour. This all dependents on the mount of time, activity of coup/guest and the importance of photos of the day.
